Summary

The tender concerns the design and construction of an access road serving investment areas in Wodzisław Śląski under a design-and-build model. The contractor must prepare the complete design documentation, obtain the ZRID road investment permit and all necessary approvals, decisions and permits, carry out the construction works, provide author supervision, and obtain an occupancy permit or the relevant confirmation that there are no grounds for objection to the completion notice. The design phase must be completed within 16 months and the construction works within 30 months of contract signature.
