Purchase and delivery of teaching, therapeutic and multimedia equipment, educational materials and teaching aids, divided into 6 lots

Summary

The tender covers the purchase and delivery, in six lots, of teaching, therapeutic and multimedia equipment, educational materials and teaching aids for primary schools operated by the Pajęczno municipality. The lots include 24 interactive monitor sets, 2 four-person acoustic booths, 1 teacher laptop, 1 mobile interactive wall, and educational kits for ecology and therapeutic classes. Depending on the lot, the supplier must also provide transport, unloading and placement, installation, configuration, commissioning, testing, user instruction and the required documentation. The delivery period is up to 21 days for Lots 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6, and up to 60 days for Lot 2; the monitors and stands in Lot 1 require a warranty of at least 36 months. Tenders may be submitted for all six lots. Price accounts for 60% and delivery time for 40% of the evaluation. The tender must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s platform in Polish, and the required electronic documents must be signed in the prescribed manner.
