Thermal modernization of the Primary School building in Brzezna as part of the project “Improving the energy efficiency of the primary school in Brzezna”

Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive energy-efficiency modernization of the primary school building in Brzezna, in the Podegrodzie municipality. The works include thermal modernization, installation of a heat pump and domestic hot-water heating solution, replacement of radiator valves, replacement of lighting fixtures, photovoltaic installation and power supply for the heat pump. The contractor must prepare as-built documentation, carry out the required measurements and notify Tauron Dystrybucja SA of the completed photovoltaic installation. The works must be completed within 11 months from signing the contract. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 24 September 2026 at 10:00. The tender guarantee is PLN 35,000 and the performance security is 2% of the total tender price. Price carries 60% and the warranty and defects-liability period carries 40%; the minimum warranty and defects-liability period is 60 months and the maximum period considered for evaluation is 72 months. The bidder must provide appropriately qualified construction and installation personnel and demonstrate at least one properly completed thermal-modernization project worth at least PLN 500,000 during the last 5 years. Employees performing construction and assembly works, installation works, and operating the vehicles and machinery needed for the contract must generally be employed under employment contracts.
