Building a civil protection and civil defence system in Pałecznica Municipality

Summary

The tender covers the construction of a civil protection and civil defence system in Pałecznica Municipality in two lots. Lot 1 concerns the conversion of basements in three buildings into temporary shelters. Lot 2 covers construction of a warehouse in Pieczonogi together with an energy storage unit and a selective-call siren. For both lots, the contractor must prepare complete design and cost documentation and carry out the construction works. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. The evaluation criteria are gross price at 60% and extended quality warranty at 40%; a bid offering less than a 36-month warranty will be rejected. The tender guarantee is PLN 10,000 for Lot 1 and PLN 8,000 for Lot 2. The successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the tender price. All employees directly involved in the construction works must be employed under employment contracts throughout contract performance.
