Reconstruction and renovation of Donjon rooms at Kłodzko Fortress for temporary shelter places – Stage I

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction and renovation of rooms in the Donjon of Kłodzko Fortress to create temporary shelter places. Stage I covers construction and electrical works for a generator room in the Rawelin Polny area, removal of debris and old finishes, repairs to masonry, plaster and floors, and installation of historically styled gates and a generator with associated electrical systems. The site is heritage-listed, so the contractor must comply with heritage-protection requirements, provide suitably qualified construction and archaeological research managers, and coordinate the works with the heritage authorities. The contract period is up to 80 days from contract signature, but no later than 20 December 2026. The tender must be submitted electronically by 23 September 2026 at 10:00, the tender guarantee is PLN 5,000 and the performance security is 5% of the gross tender price. Price carries 60% and warranty 40% of the score; the minimum warranty is 36 months, and each additional 6 months earns 10 points up to a maximum of 40 points.
