Roof renovation of a building belonging to the City of Inowrocław at 359 Poznańska Street in Inowrocław

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation of the roof of a building belonging to the City of Inowrocław at 359 Poznańska Street. The works include, among other things, dismantling and replacing existing roof flashings, gutters, downpipes, roof structures and boarding; repairing chimneys and masonry; insulation; installing thermally welded roofing felt; installing four roof windows and one roof hatch; and removing and disposing of construction waste. The works must be completed within 30 days from handover of the construction site. The bidder must have properly completed two building roof renovation projects during the last five years and provide a person qualified to manage works in the structural and civil construction specialty. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 90% and the warranty period 10% of the evaluation score.
