Delivery, installation and commissioning of two ITS-class traffic signal controllers

Summary

The tender covers the delivery, dismantling and disposal of existing control cabinets, installation and commissioning of two ITS-class traffic signal controllers. The new devices must be compatible with the existing traffic management system, SCATS, the SOTU module and the Central ITS Application in Olsztyn. Existing traffic signal programmes must be implemented in the new controllers and SCATS, and operation must be tested locally and in cooperation with the connected systems. The contract must be performed within 56 days, or 8 weeks, from contract signature. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100 points. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 10:00, and remain valid for 30 days.
