Modernisation of the local LAN computer network, creation of a server room at a new location and provision of the necessary IT infrastructure for the Wrocław District Labour Inspectorate Branch in Legnica

The tender concerns modernisation of the local LAN computer network and the construction of a new server room and necessary IT infrastructure at the Legnica Branch of the Wrocław District Labour Inspectorate, Lotnicza 15, Legnica. The works include adapting a room as a server room, fire-safety measures and fire-rated doors, structured copper and fibre-optic cabling, distribution cabinets, a UPS, power supply, access control, a video intercom and upgrades to the video surveillance system. The works must be delivered as a complete and operational whole within 60 days of contract signature. The building will remain operational during the works, so the contractor must maintain continuity of operations, comply with occupational and fire-safety rules, and minimise noise, dust and disruption. A site visit is optional. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 10:00. The award criteria are price at 60% and warranty duration at 40%; the minimum warranty is 24 months and the maximum period scored is 60 months. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price before signing the contract.
