Construction of a municipal road in Janisławice, plot no. 92

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a municipal road in Janisławice and the conversion of an existing gravel road to an asphalt surface. The works cover a 617.20 m asphalt road within the existing road corridor, including sub-base and asphalt-concrete layers, construction documentation and procedures connected with completion of the works. The works must be completed within 4 weeks of signing the contract. The bidder must have completed at least one properly performed contract within the last 5 years for the construction, reconstruction or extension of an asphalt-concrete road, with a value of at least PLN 200,000 gross, supported by a reference or other evidence of proper performance. Price carries 60 points and the warranty period carries 40 points. The warranty must be at least 36 months, and no additional points are awarded for more than 60 months.
