Construction of a workshop

Summary

The tender concerns construction of a workshop building with technical infrastructure, including earthworks and foundations, the structural shell, roof insulation and sheet-metal works, installation of windows, doors and electrically operated garage doors, as well as internal and external electrical and lightning-protection systems. The contractor must also prepare an interior arrangement project within 30 days of signing the contract; the workshop equipment itself is not included in the procurement. The works must be completed within 14 months of contract signing and no later than 15 December 2027. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 10:00. The bid must include a PLN 10,000 tender guarantee. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and the warranty and defects-liability period (40%); the offered period must be at least 36 months and periods above 72 months receive no additional points.
