Construction of a district warehouse for population protection and civil defence with exhibition and educational facilities, technical infrastructure and road reconstruction and expansion

Summary

The contract covers construction of a district warehouse for population protection and civil defence, including exhibition and educational facilities for children and young people, a gazebo, container utility buildings, technical infrastructure, roads, paved areas, parking, drainage, external lighting, fencing and an entrance gate. The works are divided into two stages and must be completed by 18 June 2027; Stage I may not exceed 70% of the planned works. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 11:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and the deadline for completing Stage I (40%). A performance security is required, but no bid guarantee is required.
