Reconstruction of county road no. 1220F Lubrza–Jordanowo – Stage I

Summary

The tender concerns reconstruction of a 2,992.55 m section of county road no. 1220F between Lubrza and Jordanowo. The works include a bituminous carriageway, local widening and passing bays, 2% crossfall for drainage, shoulders 0.50–0.75 m wide, and access roads at least 3.50 m wide with concrete, bituminous or aggregate surfacing and 22x15 cm mountable kerbs. The contract must be completed from the date of signing until 14 December 2026. The bid must be submitted electronically by 22 September 2026 at 08:00, with a PLN 9,000 bid guarantee. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and the warranty and defect-liability period (40%); the minimum period is 36 months and 60 months receives the maximum warranty score. The successful bidder must provide a 3% performance security based on the gross bid price.
