Modernisation of patient-service infrastructure at WOMP-ZCLiP facilities in Szczecin and Stargard

Summary

The tender concerns modernization of patient-service infrastructure at WOMP-ZCLiP facilities in Szczecin and Stargard and is divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers refurbishment of the waiting room, general registration, Call Center and ground-floor circulation areas in Clinic No. 1 in Szczecin, including demolition, finishing, flooring, doors and windows, glazing, lighting, electrical connections and wall finishes. Lot 2 covers the design, supply, installation and commissioning of air-conditioning systems in Clinic No. 5 in Stargard under a design-and-build arrangement, including sanitary and electrical design documentation, approvals and as-built documentation. Bids may be submitted for either or both lots. The bid deadline is 23 September 2026 at 12:00. Lot 1 must be completed within 35 calendar days of handover of the site; Lot 2 within 8 weeks of handover, with the execution design and required approvals due within 30 days of contract signature. A bid guarantee is required: PLN 6,800 for Lot 1 and PLN 5,700 for Lot 2.
