Adaptation of a building and adjacent former industrial site in Korbielów into an SME development centre

Summary

The tender concerns a design-and-build project to adapt a building and the adjacent post-industrial wastewater-treatment-site area in Korbielów into an SME development centre. The contractor must prepare the full design and cost documentation, obtain the building permit or submit the required works notification, prepare the construction schedule, carry out the construction and installation works, and submit the complete application for an occupancy permit or notification of completion. The works must be completed by 31 May 2027, with the design phase completed within four months of contract signing. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 09:00. Evaluation is based on price (60 points) and the warranty and defect-liability period (40 points). No bid guarantee is required, but the selected contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract value and liability insurance of at least PLN 2,000,000.
