Construction of ten two-unit detached residential buildings in terraced development with technical infrastructure in Węgrów – Part 1

Summary

The contract covers construction of one five-building, two-storey terraced complex containing ten residential units, together with the necessary infrastructure in Węgrów. The works include foundations, structural and finishing works, roofing, windows and doors, electrical, sanitary, heating and ventilation systems, water and sewer networks and connections, parking and access roads, lighting, monitoring, waste shelter and related site works. The contract must be completed by 15 November 2027. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 10:30. A PLN 40,000 tender guarantee is required. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and the overall warranty period (40%); the minimum warranty is 36 months, with additional points for extensions of 12 or 24 months.
