Modernisation of the LAN network, alarm system and IP CCTV monitoring system and reconstruction of part of the District Court building in Stalowa Wola

Summary

The contract covers the modernization of the LAN network, alarm system and IP CCTV monitoring system, together with the reconstruction and adaptation of seven rooms and adjacent circulation space in the District Court building in Stalowa Wola. The works include demolition and finishing works, electrical, lighting, LAN, air-conditioning and plumbing installations, intrusion alarm and CCTV systems, parking barriers with vehicle-plate identification, and free air-conditioning inspections throughout the warranty period. The first defined work package must be completed within 60 days of contract signature and the remaining scope within 270 days. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 11:00. Price carries 80% and the offered warranty period 20% of the evaluation. No bid guarantee is required, but a performance security of 5% of the gross contract price is required before or on contract signature.
