The contract covers extension of county road 1788K between approximately km 0+450 and km 0+881 in Kopytówka, including construction of a pavement, drainage and associated technical infrastructure. The works include preparatory, demolition and earthworks, aggregate sub-base, concrete block pavements, asphalt concrete surfaces, kerbs, drainage structures, plastic pipe connections and channels, a utility duct and slope protection. The contract must be completed by 30 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation criteria are price (60%) and the offered works warranty (40%); the required minimum warranty and statutory guarantee period is 36 months, while the maximum warranty period scored is 60 months. A PLN 5,000 bid guarantee is required.
