Modernization and additional outfitting of small public infrastructure in Ciążen, Lądek municipality

Summary

The contract concerns the modernization and additional outfitting of existing small public infrastructure in Ciążen, Lądek municipality. The works include demolition of redundant sewage tanks, earthworks and landscaping, renovation of a multifunctional sports pitch with a new polyurethane surface and fencing, construction of a 60 m running track and long-jump runway, installation of ball-stop fencing, park benches and a prefabricated sports equipment store, and reconstruction of the site fencing over 162 m. The works must be completed within 4 months of contract signing. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 10:00. The price is weighted at 60% and the warranty period at 40%; the permitted warranty periods are 36, 48 or 60 months. No tender guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price.
