Construction of domestic hot water and central heating systems in TBS Ząbkowice Śląskie buildings (2)

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of internal domestic hot water and central heating systems in four parts for residential buildings of TBS Ząbkowice Śląskie. The works include removing existing gas boilers, installing heating and hot-water risers and circulation systems, meters, pumps, control and safety equipment, adapting the heating plant room and electrical installations, carrying out tests and commissioning, and clearing and disposing of construction waste. The works will be performed in occupied buildings and must be completed by 31 March 2027. Bids may be submitted for all four parts. Each part will be evaluated separately using price at 60% and the warranty period at 40%. Bids and related documents must be submitted electronically in Polish using the designated procurement platform by 22 September 2026.
