Insulation and modernization of the village community centre in Konradów under the Village Renewal programme

Summary

The contract concerns the insulation and modernization of a village community centre in Konradów under the Village Renewal programme. The works include façade preparation, ETICS external wall insulation, replacement of sills and sheet-metal flashings, reinstallation of gutters, downpipes, lightning protection, lighting and air-conditioning equipment, installation of a new entrance canopy and sign, refurbishment of steel grilles, ventilation grilles and site clean-up. The contract is to be completed within 2 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish via the procurement platform by 22 September 2026 at 09:00. Award criteria are price (60%) and the warranty period (40%). A performance security of 2% of the gross tender price is required.
