Construction of rainwater retention tanks at the Czarnochowice Community House and Sułków Village Community Centre under Wieliczka Municipality’s small water retention project

Summary

The procurement covers the design-and-build construction of underground rainwater retention tanks at two public facilities in Wieliczka Municipality, divided into two lots. Lot 1 concerns two tanks with a total capacity of 30 m³ at the Czarnochowice Community House, with an estimated value of PLN 169,500 and completion by 31 December 2026. Lot 2 concerns one 20 m³ tank at the Sułków Village Community Centre, with an estimated value of PLN 93,829.47 and completion by 31 December 2027. The contractor must prepare the complete design documentation, obtain the required approvals and permits, carry out the construction, surveying, demolition and reinstatement works, waste management, testing, as-built inventory, author supervision and occupancy approval. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 24 September 2026 and signed with a qualified electronic signature, trusted signature or personal signature. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and extended warranty and statutory liability period beyond the minimum (40%).
