Adaptation of Pavilion D-1 at the AGH campus in Krakow to current fire-safety regulations

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction, extension and superstructure of Pavilion D-1 at the AGH campus in Krakow to bring it into compliance with current fire-safety regulations. The works include the supply and later installation of aluminium windows and doors and wooden doors, structural and finishing works, fire-resistant construction, electrical, fire-alarm, smoke-extraction, sanitary, heating, ventilation and hydrant installations, as well as the construction of an extension with a lift and associated site works. The contract term is 16 months and offers must be submitted electronically by 23 September 2026 at 08:00 via the e-ProPublico platform. Price carries 60% and the offered warranty period 40%. A tender guarantee of PLN 150,000 is required; the notice contains a conflicting amount in words, which should be verified in the tender documents. The offer must be accompanied by the required declarations and documents, submitted in Polish and signed with an accepted electronic signature. A performance guarantee is also required.
