Emergency roof stabilization at Sztynort Palace and repair of the ceilings in rooms 1.08, 1.09, 1.02 and 1.03

Summary

The tender concerns emergency roof stabilization and strengthening of the ceilings in rooms 1.08, 1.09, 1.02 and 1.03 of the Sztynort palace. The works include masonry and carpentry repairs, structural strengthening, temporary roofing, scaffolding, lifting operations, fire-resistant ceiling panels and conservation-related works. The contract must be completed within 8 months of signing and no later than 31 May 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically by 9 September 2026 at 12:00 via the e-Zamówienia platform, in Polish. No variant or partial bids are permitted. A mandatory site visit is required. Price accounts for 60% and the guarantee and warranty period for 40% of the evaluation; the offered guarantee must be at least 3 years and is capped for evaluation at 6 years.
