Modernisation of the Kayak Marina on Radomska Street in Elblag as part of the Development of the Public Tourism Offer project

Summary

The tender concerns renovation and modernisation works at the Kayak Marina at 5 Radomska Street in Elblag, including roof and terrace works, refurbishment and equipment of sanitary, sports, office and auxiliary rooms, monitoring, three solar units, eight photovoltaic panels with energy storage, sewer installation enclosures and replacement of a warning paving tile for visually impaired persons. The works must be carried out in an operating facility and completed within 5 months. Offers must be submitted electronically through the purchasing platform by 24 September 2026 at 00:00. A PLN 5,000 bid guarantee is required. Award criteria are price (60%), warranty period for construction works (20%) and warranty period for installed products and equipment (20%).
