Elimination of exceptional incidents in the city of Szczecin

Summary

The contract covers a 24-hour service for removing debris, obstacles and hazardous contamination from the road corridor in Szczecin following random events, natural disasters and vandalism, as well as collecting, transporting and disposing of animal carcasses. The service is planned from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, or for 12 months from contract signature within that period. The duty crew must leave within 30 minutes of a call and normally eliminate an incident within 4 hours; chemical contamination may be allowed up to 48 hours. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The bid must be submitted electronically by 15 September 2026 at 09:00, with a PLN 7,000 bid guarantee.
