Renovation of the rural community centre in Rataje

Summary

The tender concerns renovation works for the rural community centre in Rataje, including electrical installations and lighting, floors and finishes, insulation, suspended ceilings, windows, kitchen furniture, blackout blinds, roof covering and structural elements, roof metalwork, and replacement of a 5.225 kWp photovoltaic installation. The existing photovoltaic installation must be dismantled, secured, assessed after the fire by an appropriately qualified entity, documented and disposed of. The works must be completed within 90 days. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 10:10 via the contracting authority’s procurement platform. The evaluation criteria are price (60%) and warranty (40%). A PLN 5,000 bid guarantee is required, and performance security is also required.
