Tree maintenance, sanitary and restoration works and compensatory planting in the historic castle-and-garden complex in Rogów Opolski

Summary

The tender concerns tree management works in the historic castle-and-garden complex in Rogów Opolski. The scope includes tree felling and stump milling, removal of undergrowth, alpine pruning and sanitary cuts, mistletoe removal, flexible bracing, shrub cutting, biomass transport and disposal, and compensatory planting of deciduous and coniferous trees with three years of maintenance. Sections I and II must be completed by 29 November 2026, and Sections III and IV, including compensatory planting, by 1 June 2027. The tender is not divided into lots. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 11:00. Price accounts for 60% and the experience of the proposed supervising personnel for 40%. No bid guarantee is required, but performance security of 5% of the gross contract price is required.
