Family counselling services under the “Malechowo Municipality – We Support Families” project

Summary

The procurement covers family counselling and workshops under the project “Malechowo Municipality – we support families”. It is divided into two lots, and bids may be submitted for one or both lots. Lot 1 covers 162 45-minute hours at six locations; Lot 2 covers 135 45-minute hours at five locations. Services are delivered to groups of up to 15 people, mainly on weekdays between 12:30 and 19:30, with possible changes during school holidays, until the end of June 2027 and for a maximum contract period of nine months. The bidder must provide qualified personnel, prepare and obtain approval for the programme and schedule, maintain service and settlement records, cooperate with the contracting authority and allow monitoring. The bid deadline is 18 September 2026 at 09:30. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and the declared invoice payment period of 7–30 days (40%).
