Construction of a school football pitch with associated infrastructure

Summary

The contract covers construction of a school football pitch on plot 286 in Drwęcz, including site grading, a retaining wall, drainage and rainwater collection, irrigation, ball-stop fencing, fencing works, lighting connected to the school building, and delivery and installation of two aluminium goals measuring 5 x 2 m. The guaranteed scope uses sown natural grass; the contracting authority may exercise an option for woven or tufted artificial grass with the related sub-base and technology changes. Works must be completed by 23 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically by 22 September 2026 at 09:00, in Polish, and must cover both the guaranteed and optional scopes. Price accounts for 60 points and the warranty period for 40 points; the minimum warranty is 60 months and the maximum period counted for evaluation is 72 months. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
