Construction of an access road to agricultural land in the Cisy and Grobelno areas of Malbork municipality

Summary

The contract covers construction of an approximately 500 m long and 4.0 m wide access road to agricultural land on plots 107 in the Cisy cadastral area and 104 and 109/1 in the Grobelno cadastral area, Malbork municipality. The works include preparation and earthworks, road-bed construction, a 15 cm mechanically stabilised crushed concrete-and-brick sub-base, a 10 cm upper crushed-stone layer, compaction, finishing works, site restoration, surveying and as-built documentation. The works must be completed, the site restored and the complete acceptance documentation delivered by 5 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 6,500 bid guarantee is required. Price carries 60 points and the proposed warranty period 40 points; the minimum warranty is 3 years and a warranty of 6 years or more receives the maximum warranty score.
