Development of the public square in the Dąbrówka village district

Summary

The contract concerns the development of a public square in the Dąbrówka village district, including walking paths, gravel surfaces, curbs and edging, greenery planting, mulching and shrub clearance, benches with photovoltaic panels and mobile-device charging, waste bins, a wooden shelter and solar lighting. The works must be completed within 30 calendar days of signing the contract. The tender is not divided into lots and each bidder may submit only one offer. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 09:00. Price is the only award criterion. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the tender price and insurance covering the business activity for at least PLN 50,000.
