Modernisation of the access road to agricultural land in Waniewo and Odrynki

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for modernising an access road to agricultural land in the Waniewo and Odrynki areas. The works must be completed within 30 days and include all preparatory, auxiliary and accompanying works necessary for proper completion, even where not expressly listed in the design documents or bill of quantities. The contract is not divided into lots. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 09:00 via the purchasing platform. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and the warranty and statutory-liability period (40%). A PLN 4,000 bid guarantee is required, and performance security must also be provided.
