Construction of an Emergency Management Warehouse for Civil Protection and Civil Defence

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a 405 m2 single-storey warehouse building and an underground rainwater tank in Kalety. The building will measure 27 x 15 m, have a height of 6.05 m and a gross volume of 2,397 m3. The works include structural and general construction works, water and sewerage solutions, and electrical installations, including lighting, grounding, lightning protection and a fire-safety main switch. The works must be completed by 28 December 2026. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 12:30. The contract is not divided into lots and variant tenders are not permitted. Price accounts for 60% and the warranty period for 40% of the evaluation. The minimum warranty is 36 months and the maximum is 60 months; 42, 48, 54 and 60 months receive 10, 20, 30 and 40 points respectively. The bidder must provide a PLN 10,000 bid guarantee. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price before signing the contract. The bidder must also have liability insurance of at least PLN 200,000, at least one relevant project involving a building of at least 200 m2 completed during the last five years, and a suitably qualified construction manager.
