Reconstruction of municipal roads: Klonowa and Młyńska Streets in Torzym, Torzym Municipality – Procedure 2

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of the municipal Klonowa and Młyńska streets in Torzym, including concrete paving, adjustment of existing utility infrastructure, permanent and temporary traffic arrangements, restoration of green areas, and connections to existing surfaces, entrances and driveways. The contract is to be completed within 3 months and no variants or partial bids are allowed. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 08:00 via the procurement platform. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40% of the evaluation score. A PLN 30,000 bid guarantee is required, as well as performance security. The bidder must meet the insurance, experience and personnel requirements described below.
