Construction and modernization of cultural infrastructure and cultural heritage in the Picturesque East area

Summary

The tender concerns construction and modernization works for cultural infrastructure and cultural heritage, divided into two parts: modernization of a village community centre in Tuchanie and modernization of a village community centre in Siedliszcze. Bids may be submitted for both parts, with no limit on the number of parts awarded to one bidder. The works include demolition, external and internal renovations, insulation, roofing, doors, ramps and driveways, masonry and plastering, floors and wall finishes, ventilation, water and sewerage, central heating and electrical installations. The contract must be completed within 8 weeks of signing and no later than 4 December 2026. Price accounts for 60% and the warranty period for 40%; the minimum warranty is 36 months and the maximum scored period is 60 months. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 10:00. No bid guarantee is required. The successful bidder must provide a 5% performance security, maintain civil liability insurance, use compliant new materials and generally employ physical construction workers and equipment operators under employment contracts.
