Construction of a category 6A LAN network in the Regional Prosecutor's Office building at 11 E. Bałuki Street, Szczecin

Summary

The tender covers the design-and-build delivery of a category 6A LAN network and guaranteed UPS power systems in the Regional Prosecutor's Office building at 11 E. Bałuki Street, Szczecin. The work includes removing the existing cabling, designing and installing new 10 Gb/s structured cabling, 264 two-port RJ45 logical points, 24 WiFi access-point connections, server-room and rack upgrades, fibre-optic links, UPS systems, testing, certification and as-built documentation. The contract must be completed within 60 days from mutual signature of the contract. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain valid for 30 days. The bid will be scored on price (60%), warranty period (20%) and response time for remedying defects during the warranty and statutory liability period (20%). The minimum warranty period is 60 months; the response time must be stated in hours. No bid guarantee or performance security is required, and partial or variant bids are not permitted.
