Adaptation of a forest nursery office building into offices – general construction works

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to adapt an office building of a forest nursery into three offices at Kościuszki 29 in Lędyczek. The works must be completed within 80 days. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 9:30. Participation requires financial capacity of at least PLN 200,000, one qualifying building or reconstruction project worth at least PLN 400,000 gross completed under a single contract within the last five years, and suitably authorised construction, sanitary works and electrical works managers. One person may perform more than one role. The bid must include a PLN 7,800 tender guarantee and the required performance security. Price carries 60% of the evaluation and warranty carries 40%.
