Renovation of the basement section of the District Court building in Opole at 3a Plebiscytowa Street with site development

Summary

The tender concerns renovation of part of the basement of the District Court building in Opole at Plebiscytowa 3a, together with external site works. The works include foundation wall waterproofing and drainage, excavation and reinstatement of surfaces, sewer pipe replacement, damp and damaged plaster removal, biological treatment, renovation plastering and repainting inside the building. The work will be carried out in an occupied public building and must be completed within 50 calendar days, no later than 10 December 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and warranty and defect liability period 40%; the minimum period is 24 months, with additional points for 36 or 48 months. A PLN 3,500 tender guarantee is required.
