Cybersecure water supply system in Błędów Municipality

Summary

The tender concerns a cybersecurity programme for the water supply and wastewater sector of Błędów Municipality. It has four lots: open-source services and configurations; supply and installation of IT equipment and licences; audits and implementation of information security and business continuity arrangements; and cybersecurity training and competence-building activities. Bids may be submitted for all four lots. The contract is funded under Poland’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan and must be performed within 60 or 70 days depending on the lot. The bid deadline is 14 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% of the evaluation, while the remaining 40% is based on technical support period, warranty period or contractor experience, depending on the lot.
