Construction works and equipment procurement – interior design, upgrading of planned rooms and adaptation to their intended functions

Summary

The tender covers the complete refurbishment and fit-out of visitor-service areas at Muzeum Zamek in Oswiecim, including demolition, interior finishes, natural-stone floors and wall cladding, partitions, heating, plumbing, ventilation, electrical installations, LED lighting, doors, furniture, display cases, cloakroom and sanitary equipment. The works must be coordinated with a separate fire-protection contract in the listed historic building and completed within 6 months of signing the contract. The bid must cover the entire contract; partial and variant bids are not allowed. The price is a lump sum and must be split into construction and installation works and the supply and installation of furniture and exhibition equipment. Offers are scored by price 60%, construction-work warranty 15%, furniture and equipment warranty 15%, and employment of at least one person with disabilities 10%. A bid guarantee of PLN 10,000 is required. The works must comply with conservation requirements, DNSH requirements, including at least 70% recovery or recycling of non-hazardous construction waste, and the specified low-emission, RoHS and cybersecurity requirements.
