Replacement of the passenger lift and reconstruction of the lift shaft in the District Court building in Suwałki – design and build

Summary

The tender covers the design and replacement of the passenger lift in the building of the District Court in Suwałki, including reconstruction and deepening of the lift shaft to create an additional basement stop. The contractor must prepare multidisciplinary design documentation, obtain the required approvals, dismantle and dispose of the existing lift, perform the construction, electrical and related works, install a new lift, conduct testing and obtain the technical inspection authority’s approval for operation. The new lift must be factory-new, serve four floors, have a minimum capacity of 800 kg/10 persons and a minimum speed of 1.0 m/s, and meet the specified safety, accessibility and technical requirements. The works must be completed within 5 months of contract signing and no later than 15 December 2026. The minimum warranty is 60 months. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period for 40%; the minimum acceptable warranty is 60 months and the maximum period receiving additional points is 120 months. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 11 September 2026 at 11:00. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. No bid security is required.
