Creation of a Healthy and Active Senior Centre in the Miejskie Centrum Medyczne “Polesie” building

Summary

The tender concerns the creation of a Healthy and Active Senior Centre in the existing Miejskie Centrum Medyczne “Polesie” building in Lodz. It is divided into three lots: renovation and adaptation of indoor rooms; site preparation and landscaping, including paving, greenery, planting, small architecture and lighting; and the supply and installation of outdoor gym equipment. Bids may be submitted for one, two or all three lots. All lots must be completed by 15 December 2026. The bid deadline is 21 September 2026 at 11:00, and bids must be submitted electronically. Award criteria are price and warranty period for Lots 1 and 2, while price is the only award criterion for Lot 3. The bid guarantee is PLN 10,000 for Lot 1, PLN 1,200 for Lot 2 and PLN 360 for Lot 3. The successful Lot 1 bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price.
