Thermal modernization of the Upustek forester superintendent’s lodge and modernization of the Lipki forester’s lodge

Summary

The tender covers construction works in two lots: thermal modernization of the Upustek forester superintendent’s residential building at Podnowinka 5U, including attic insulation, and modernization of the Lipki forester’s lodge at Dalny Las 39, including interior finishes, doors, sanitary fittings, heating equipment, floors, stairs, railings and roof windows. The contractor must organize the site, perform tests and handover procedures, restore the site and provide free warranty service where required. Lot 1 must be completed within 30 days and Lot 2 within 70 days. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, and price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 00:00. No bid guarantee is required, but a performance security is required.
