The tender concerns the adaptation of rooms on level -1 of Block B at the Saint John Paul II Western Hospital in Grodzisk Mazowiecki to create a cryotherapy unit. The contract includes general construction and adaptation works, sanitary, ventilation, water and sewage, heating and cooling, electrical and low-voltage fire alarm and voice alarm installations, a liquid-nitrogen supply pipeline and safety fittings, and the delivery, installation, commissioning, testing and staff training for a cryochamber. The liquid-nitrogen tank itself is excluded. The contract duration is three months and no variant or partial bids are permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically by 21 September 2026 at 00:00. The evaluation gives 60% to price and 40% to the warranty and statutory liability period for the construction works, installed materials, equipment and systems; the medical cryochamber is excluded from the second criterion. A PLN 15,000 bid guarantee and performance security are required.
