Redevelopment of Karaim Square pedestrian paths with a water connection, area lighting, small architectural structures and reconstruction of part of Walerego Sławka Street

Summary

The tender concerns the redevelopment of Karaim Square in Wrocław and adjacent pedestrian areas on Walerego Sławka Street. The works include new pedestrian paths and paving, outdoor and event-related electrical connections, area lighting, a water connection with a metering chamber and automatic irrigation system, small architectural structures, greenery works, warranty maintenance of the greenery and maintenance of the irrigation system. The contract is expected to last six months, and tenders must be submitted by 22 September 2026. The tender is not divided into lots. The price carries 85% of the evaluation weight, while the remaining criteria concern the employment of a disabled or unemployed person, the warranty period and the experience of the proposed construction manager. Participation requires proof of financial capacity, relevant landscaping and construction experience, and a suitably qualified project team. The tender and supporting documents must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s procurement platform and in Polish.
