Development of the area on Grobla Street in Szczecin as a recreational site using access to the Oder River under a design-and-build contract

Summary

The tender concerns a 30-month design-and-build project to develop an area on Grobla Street in Szczecin as a recreational waterfront site connected to the Oder River. The scope includes design documentation and permits, a quay with a water-tram stop, floating pontoons, a slipway, a pedestrian and vehicle route, parking spaces with electric-vehicle charging stations, stone reinforcement of the slope, utility connections and small-scale landscape architecture, followed by the construction works.
