Reconstruction of rooms in the Brusy PKP railway station building with site development and passenger infrastructure

Summary

The tender covers the reconstruction of rooms in the PKP railway station building in Brusy and the development of the surrounding area and related passenger infrastructure. The works include expanding the parking area, demolishing three railway buildings, building internal roads, pedestrian routes, bus bays and parking spaces, installing stormwater drainage, lighting, monitoring, water, sewerage, electrical and telecommunications systems, resolving utility conflicts, landscaping and planting, and completing internal building finishes and installations. One 240 x 120 cm information board must also be supplied and installed. The contract period is up to 10 months from signature. The contractor must maintain the planting, replace failed plants, keep separate maintenance logs and use native plant replacements where required. The offer deadline is 21 September 2026 at 09:00. Award criteria are price 60%, planting maintenance period 20%, and warranty and defects-liability period 20%. A bid guarantee of PLN 50,000 is required.
