Restoration of the Emergency Water Intake for Use by the Mielnik Municipality

Summary

The tender concerns the restoration and modernization of the emergency groundwater intake for the Mielnik Municipality. The contractor must renovate deep well SW-3 and complete the related construction, electrical, control, pumping and well-head works under a design-and-build approach. The works include inspection and cleaning of the well, installation of a suitably sized submersible pump, hydrostatic probes, control and automation equipment, a stainless-steel discharge pipeline, an approximately 40-metre power connection and repairs to the well casing. Completion is required by 23 November 2026. Bidders must demonstrate at least one properly completed deep-well construction, extension, reconstruction or renovation project carried out during the previous five years, with a gross value of at least PLN 100,000. They must also have at least one person holding the required electrical and power-installation design and construction-management authorizations or equivalent qualifications. The bid must include the required declarations, evidence of experience, personnel information and any third-party resource commitments. A bid guarantee of PLN 2,500 is required. The bid deadline is 28 September 2026, and submissions must be made electronically in Polish. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weight and the offered warranty period carries 40%.
