Renovation of the sports field in Kosów Większy

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation of the multifunctional sports field in Kosów Większy, including replacement and renovation of sports surfaces, line marking, renovation of ball-stop structures and fencing, replacement of sports equipment, drainage adjustments, paved surfaces, a footpath, benches, waste bins, bicycle stands, a bicycle repair station, information and rules boards, and a new playground surface. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. The estimated scope includes removal and disposal of a 3 m × 45 m strip of existing surface, six replaced fence sections, approximately 40 linear metres of additional system fencing with a 5 m sliding gate, two football goals, four basketball sets, three drainage inlets, six benches, four waste bins and six individual bicycle stands. Offers must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s purchasing platform in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 00:00. Award criteria are gross price, weighted at 60%, and the quality guarantee and statutory warranty period, weighted at 40%. A minimum period of 3 years is required; 4 years receives 20 points and 5 years receives 40 points. The contract is not divided into lots.
