Organisation and delivery of training on the Code of Administrative Procedure and electronic deliveries

Summary

The procurement concerns the complete organisation and delivery of a three-day closed, in-person training course on selected issues of the Code of Administrative Procedure and electronic deliveries. The course will be delivered to up to 90 employees from the contracting authority and employment offices, divided into three groups, with three training days for each group. The supplier must provide a suitable training venue in Warsaw, a qualified trainer, catering, training materials, conference sets, certificates and post-training consultations. The contract must be completed within 35 days of signing and no later than the end of November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026 at 10:00 and will remain binding until 13 October 2026. Price accounts for 40% of the evaluation and trainer experience for 60%. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
